BuffBaff Records and Twende Records Presents their latest release Angel Of Mine! A collaboration between BuffBaff Records and kenyan singer Treesha, out now on all digital platforms.

Back in 1997 Treeshas big sister listened to the original version by Eternal very often and it became a part of her childhood memories growing up in Kenya. Since the song never left her ears, she came up with the idea to record her own version of the R’n’B classic by giving it a modern Reggae flavour (produced by Josi Coppola). The song "Angel Of Mine" was released in the late 90s and has also been covered by R'n'B star Monica in the 2000s.

Treesha's cover of this love song is a reggae version played by BuffBaff Records, who she has worked with on her previous album. BuffBaff Records are also a part of Gentleman's band. This is their first release this year.

The collaboration with Treesha already began in 2015 for her debut album Listen, in which a large part of the songs were produced or recorded by the label members. Besides studio work, they also tour the world together, backing up Gentleman, so it became evident that BuffBaff were also her weapon of choice when it comes to her live show on stage.

In addition to the album, Treesha has received international attention for numerous singles such as Rude Gyal Swing (feat. Bay C) or Fyah Daughter (feat.Queen Ifrica) and for her concerts at festivals worldwide (including Rebel Salute, Summerjam, Rototom Sunsplash).
