Cathy Matete continues to serenade the Reggae music space in fine style. Not long ago she was cautioning that Boys Don’t Cry in a nice combination Afrobeat tinged track with Perfect Giddimani. Shortly before that, she gave us Praises To Mama on her first single for the year. This time she comes back with a groovy new bop about the intricacies of her love for African Men. The new single, aptly titled “African Men” is a passionate gratification showing love to hardworking men letting them know they are cherished. At the core of Cathy’s heart, mind and lyrics is Family.
