The 11th South African Upcoming Musicians Awards 2024
The South African Upcoming Musicians Awards (SAUMA) was conceptualized 11 years ago with the aim of recognizing excellence for upcoming musicians. The aim is to uplift and promote Musicians through Workshops, Events, Awards and Radio. The team also has recording studio facilities where one can book the studio at an affordable rate. Even though they do not have the backing of the Department of Arts and Culture nor any major sponsorship, the team behind the awards toil every year to bring this idea alive because they believe that this is an excellent opportunity for upcoming musicians to gain recognition and showcase their talent in the South African music industry.
To submit songs for the 11th South African Upcoming Music Awards (SAUMA), artists are invited to send their song links via email to sauma11@saumagroup.co.za. The submission period is currently open, and the deadline is October 16, 2024.

2. Best R&B/Soul
3. Best Gospel
4. Best Jazz
5. Best House Music Artst
6. Best Reggae/Dancehall
7. Best Kwaito Artist
8. Best Afro-Pop Artist
9. Best Traditional/Indigenous Music
10. Best Amapiano Artist
11. Best Male /Alternative Artist
12. Best Feature
13. Best Female Music Artist
