NADG ‘We A Run E Grung’ (Seanizzle Remix)

Nadg ‘We A Run E Grung’ Remixed by Seanizzle (Beenie Man ‘Rum & Redbull’ fame), has exploded across TikTok and social media worldwide via the #wearunegrungchallenge and #wearunegrung dances (over 400 Million views and almost 30 Million likes), and has already hit No.1 in the Apple Music Dancehall/Reggae and Billboard Dancehall/Reggae charts.

‘We A Run E Grung’ has broken out of its TikTok viral buzz, now picking up heat from radio and in the clubs across the USA, Canada, Africa, Australia, the Caribbean, Europe and radio and dancehalls in Jamaica.

The single is playlisted at key radio stations BBC Radio 1Xtra (A-list) and Kiss Fresh, plays from BBC Asian Network, Capital Xtra and Hot 97 in New York and support from over 600 radio stations worldwide.
The original version of the single was produced by London’s very own @djgenesisremix, but it’s this Remix with an all too familiar classic hip hop sample matched with Nadg’s lyrical dexterity, that has captured everyone’s imagination encouraging them to take up the dance challenge.

Born Jermaine Johnson, he grew up in Waterhouse in the St. Andrew parish of Jamaica and received his formal education at the Pembroke Hall High school. Nadg’s journey has been a remarkable one with many highs and lows, that has contributed to the artist he is today.
It all started when Renegade X from the now popular duo RDX put him on the spot one day, by writing a song for the young vocalist and demanded him to sing it. It turned out that Nadg had a natural knack for music, and this was exactly what he needed to kick start his career.

That same year he performed the song at the Tastee Competition and came in second place, which further fuelled his passion and confidence, pushing him to the official launch of his career. He moved on to work with various producers over the years, along with Frenz for Real. It was at Frenz For Real he met up with Baby Chris who brought him in the company of Seanizzle, who coincidentally Nadg knew from his high school days.

The young prodigy quickly reacquainted himself with Seanizzle as they had similar interests in music and from there they started working together and made it official in 2019 when he was signed by Seanizzle Records and S-Lock Entertainment.

Nadg admits that he draws his inspiration from life itself and doesn’t try to put a limit on the message he’s sending, and is now determined to make his mark on the music scene as everyday he gets up and tells himself that he must write a hit song.
